Absolutely! The security of your data is our top priority. EINO uses a cloud infrastructure aNo not at all! EINO was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. No extensive technical training is required. Our platform is designed to be easily used by every employee in your company.

- If you want to book our limited EINO lifetime, please use the registration in the configurator – in this case we will send you a personalized voucher code that unlocks all AddOns lifetime + corresponding user spaces.
- In all other cases , please use the “Register” link on the website or click here: https://registrieren.eino.world/. In this case, you create an EINO account with your main email address and then book the add-ons there yourself, that you want (navigation “AddOns”) and the users you need (navigation “Settings – User Management”). Then you simply start and add your cloud storage when you actually need it.
No not at all! EINO was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. No extensive technical training is required. Our platform is designed to be easily used by every employee in your company.
No! We have decided to give every interested user the chance to test EINO extensively in all its functions for an unlimited period of time and at their own pace. Only when you want to use the tool more intensively due to your enthusiasm do you scale the functions that are relevant to you. Your benefits increase and only then do you incur costs.
If you do not use your free account for more than 60 days, we will contact you. We want to work in a resource-saving manner and will then ask you whether you want to continue using EINO. If you don’t respond within a week, we will delete the account. If you are planning to not be able/want to use your account for a longer period of time, you can request a “freeze” from us – in this case you will only be charged a monthly freeze fee of €10 as well as the fees for booked storage space (all costs for add-ons + users omitted). A freeze can run for a maximum of 1 year at a time.
