The idea for EINO was born in 2020 (at that time under the working name “Smartfinder”). After in-depth market analysis and numerous discussions with entrepreneurs, the concept was created, then the business plan and finally the starting signal for programming a prototype was given in 2021. The company EINO World GmbH was founded on August 8, 2022 and has been located in the Innovation and Trend Center in Bentwisch near Rostock since then.
Flashback : From the experiences and observations in the years of advising and supporting companies in the years before 2020, one topic in particular came to light again and again for which there were hardly any or no really good software solutions that actually helped companies in the field of knowledge retention modern, smart and intuitive helps.
We understand that time is precious. For all of us! you can see the EINO journey as a journey on an express train route. Our software accelerates the transfer of knowledge so that your employees reach their destination faster and more efficiently – without long detours.
In other words – our onboarding programs are specifically designed to minimize the time required. Companies report an average training period of just one to two weeks – with an impressive increase in productivity afterward.
Oh – we take these concerns very seriously. Good software is certainly only “half the battle” – on the other hand, your job is of course not without – the right corporate culture, a feel-good atmosphere and a high level of employee identification.

EINO belongs thematically to the area of self-organization and productivity. When comparing the market, it is also important to clearly distinguish between EINO and CRMs, DMS and project management systems. EINO also has no claim to be a classic e-learning platform – EINO rather helps to form the e-learning basis. Integrations and interfaces are certainly provided for all of these solutions!
EINO is a SaaS (Software as a Service) and in the broadest sense KaaS (Knowledge as a Service).
A legitimate question – because as an entrepreneur it is essential to keep an eye on your budget and costs. For this reason we have an EINO configurator. Again in general about the costs: If your company is worth something to you, if you see knowledge as an elementary asset, then the topic of “costs” is put into perspective. I have two examples of this:
- Think of it like planting a tree. At first it may be an investment, but over time it will grow and bear valuable fruits. The fruits here are improved knowledge transfer and increased efficiency.
- In many companies, up to 25% of working time could be saved by using knowledge transfer software. Permanently! This led to an increase in efficiency and an average return of 250% within the first year.
The investment is important! Early customers have reported to us that they experienced a cost savings of 15-20% within the first six months of implementing our software. These numbers show that ROI is being achieved faster than many expect.
If you look at the investment like growing an orchard, EINO will deliver a bountiful harvest of productive results that will more than make up for your investment in the process.
Activating additional users or functions (e.g. unlimited QR codes) is usually accompanied by a payment process. This logically requires the specification of a valid payment method. Even if the current payment amount is reduced to zero using a voucher code (e.g. discount for 1 month or 1 year), providing payment information is mandatory. This ensures that payment can be made fully automatically after the discounted period has expired.
Note: If the EINO customer has already provided payment details for a previous payment transaction, they obviously do not need to be entered again.
How does EINO handle sensitive information and what protective measures are taken?
Data security is of utmost importance to us. Think of our software as a digital vault that keeps your valuable information safe. Through our careful selection of the hosting country, the cloud infrastructure provider and of course our own architecture and security protocols, we have “composed” the best possible package to ensure that our customers’ data is optimally protected.
There are two aspects to this:
- Your data is stored cloud-based so that you can access it over the Internet using a browser or app, regardless of time and location
- Your data is in Germany – specifically: on high-performance servers in Frankfurt am Main (exactly in Limburg)

Like many other customers, we have chosen to host our infrastructure (IaaS = Infrastructure as a Service). EINO uses OVHcloud. We chose exactly this provider because we benefit comparatively the most in terms of performance, security, reliability and scalability for our needs.
By the way: OVHcloud is Europe’s leading cloud provider. They deliver public and private cloud products, shared hosting and dedicated server solutions in 140 countries worldwide. Founded in 1999, OVHcloud is a French company with an international presence, based on a backbone of datacentres and points of presence spread across the globe.
OVHcloud infrastructure is designed for the cloud and meets one of the the most stringent security requirements in the world. It is monitored 24/7 to ensure the security, integrity and availability of customer data. All data flowing over the own OVH Global Network (connecting data centers) is automatically encrypted at the physical layer before being exchanged. With EINO we can build on one of the most secure global infrastructure, confident that we can always control, encrypt, move and manage our data.
The IT infrastructure that OVH provides to its customers is designed and managed in accordance with best security practices and a variety of IT security standards. The following is a partial list of the assurance programs that OVH complies with:

A data processing agreement defines the rights and obligations between you as the controller and EINO as the processor.
For example, we also undertake to ensure that we process the personal data that you provide to us only for the agreed purposes.
Through the data processing agreement, we also undertake to take comprehensive protective measures when processing of the data. An overview of these measures (technical and organisational measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR) can be found in Annex 2 of the DPA contract.

It is not necessary for you to sign it at this point, as you have already given your consent by you have already given your consent via the checkbox in the customer account (Sign up).
When using EINO in your company, you are obliged to ensure the fulfilment of information obligations such as employee information in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR and documentation in the processing directory according to Art. 30 GDPR.
