After 10 years of leveling up in the engineering game, I made the jump into the wild world of business.

I love the Spanish sun so much, I packed my bags and moved there for good. All that energy from soaking up sunshine and munching tapas? I pour it straight into EINO’s product development and customer support.

So if you ever run into a problem - chances are, I’m already on it. And the trickier it gets, the better ;). I mean... engineer, remember?

Outside of work, I’m deeply curious about space, Earth, and humanity. My motto is: “Don’t believe everything you think.”

Shah Rukh Khan almost had serious competition - luckily for him, I chose IT over Bollywood.

Born in India, studied in Germany, worked at Intel - and somewhere along the way, the world kinda became my home.

At EINO, I’m in charge of software development and product management - basically turning Bastian and Robert’s brilliant madness into working code (easier said than done).

My Motto? “Between family chaos and backend bugs - I keep the world running. In four languages, if I have to.”

Henryk

“I do a bit of marketing around here”

Henryk somehow manages to pull off turtlenecks like James Bond. At EINO, he teams up with Maria to stir things up in marketing - and when he’s not doing that, he’s busy crushing it at the gym.

His codename? Sunnyboy. (He didn’t know that... Maria’s been calling him that in secret. Oops.)

Maria

“If it’s got words on it - that was me”

You’ll hear Maria before you see her. As a freelance copywriter, she’s written so much of EINO’s voice, she basically earned herself a permanent spot on this page.

Sometimes the guys wonder if giving her full control over her own bio was a smart move... Too late now. No take-backs. Sorry, Sunnyboy.

Masud

“I lead technical projects. And yeah, I’m actually pretty damn good at it”

Masud is our Senior Technical Lead - aka Head of Zeros and Ones. Translation? If it plugs in, loads up, or breaks down, he’s on it.

With over 15 years in IT, he finally found what he was looking for at EINO: a kickass team, a product that matters, and a mission that helps people all over the world. He’s here for it - and he’s loving it.

Edgar

“Guys... let’s just do it properly from the start, okay?”

Edgar breathes web design like it’s oxygen. Also happens to live in Spain. Also happens to be related to Robert. Total coincidence? Sure.

His job? Turning the team’s borderline insane website ideas into reality - and somehow, this low-key genius actually pulls it off. Every. Single. Time.

Jonas

“I’m kinda doing some onboarding and sales stuff here”

Jonas rocks those EINO polos like a mini Basti, and at least the shirt’s carrying some weight when he wears it ;).

At EINO, he’s teaming up with Basti on their world domination mission - front and center! 20 hours awake and always talking - just another day at the office for him.

Emma

“Not real - but really helpful”

Emma is our AI assistant. She never sleeps, never frowns, and doesn’t even need coffee beans (yeah, apparently that’s a thing?!).

Got questions about EINO? Call Emma anytime - even in the middle of the night. She won’t wake up (because, well... she’s not sleeping), but hey - you can still try.
